How shipments take place:

Shipments are handled by express courier 24h or postal service for small items. It is however possible to choose, based on the items purchased, the type of shipment during checkout.

Rules of our couriers:

The courier does not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays or national holidays.

Packaging always accurate and professional:

The products are carefully packed in different ways depending on the size of the goods and the quality of the original packaging of the manufacturers. For small or medium-sized items, packaging with protective bubble wrap is always provided to safeguard the contents and any impacts during transport.

Shipping rates:

The cost of shipping is calculated at checkout and may vary depending on the items purchased. For multiple purchases, shipping is calculated only once. For orders from € 40.00 shipping is free.

Insured shipments:

Every shipment is insured and the service is completely free.

Receipt of products:

At the time of delivery of the products the customer is required to check:

-That the number of packages delivered correspond to what is indicated in the order confirmation received by email.
-That the packaging is intact and not altered even in the closing tapes.

In case of tampering and / or breakage, the customer must immediately contest the shipment and / or delivery by affixing the words "GOODS CONTROL RESERVE" on the delivery document received from the courier or other operator.
The customer must subsequently report any damage within 7 days of receipt of the goods in the manner provided by the operator chosen for shipment and / or delivery.
In the event that the customer does not collect within 5 working days the goods ordered and present in storage at the warehouses of the courier and / or TOMASELLI MERCERIA due to the repeated impossibility of delivery to the address indicated by the customer at the time of the order, the same will be canceled and the custody costs will be charged to be quantified from time to time.
