How shipments take place:
The shipments are handled with express courier 24h or postal service for small items. However, it is possible to choose, according to the items purchased, the type of shipment during checkout.
Rules of our couriers:
The courier does not deliver on Saturday, Sunday or during national holidays.
Always accurate and professional packaging:
The products are carefully packed in different ways depending on the size of the goods and the quality of the original packaging of the manufacturers. For small or medium sized items, packaging with protective multiball is always provided to safeguard the content and any impact during transport.
Shipping rates:
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout and may vary according to items purchased. For multiple purchases the shipment is calculated once. For orders starting from €50,00 the shipment is free.
Insured shipments:
Each shipment is ensured and the service is completely free.
Product reception:
At the time of delivery of the products the customer is required to check:
-The number of packages delivered corresponds to the order confirmation received by email.
-That the packaging is intact and not altered even in the closing tapes.
In case of tampering and/or breaks, the customer must immediately contest the shipment and/or delivery by placing the written “ MERCE CONTROLLER” on the delivery document received by the courier or other operator.
The customer will then have to report any damage within 7 days of receipt of the goods in accordance with the procedures provided by the operator chosen for shipment and/or delivery.
In the event that the customer does not withdraw within 5 working days the goods ordered and present in deposit at the warehouses of the courier and/or Tomaselli Merceria because of the repeated impossibility of delivery to the delivery indicated by the customer at the time of the order, the same will be canceled and the expenses of custody to be charged from time to time.
