🧼 Instructions for use:

2. Protection: cover the patch with a cotton cloth.

3. Stimulating:

   • Set the iron to maximum temperature (cotton or flax).

   • Press for 25-30 seconds without moving the iron.

4. Finish: repeat the operation also on the reverse of the fabric to ensure better adherence.
